The old, historic farm with the brick buildings is located in Dolędzin village, Rudnik commune, Racibórz province and surrounded by the fields, meadows and woods.

Spacious halls and barns, equipped with the wooden doors stand by the dirt road. The rooms have a very distinctive feature – arch ceilings while their huge advantage is the space they offer.
