A 73.5 m² shelter located in a basement of the Silesian Cultural Centre gives space to 104 people.

The interior has been divided into refuge stations, where among others we can find sanitary facilities and a manually driven boiler house. A rest of the space has been adapted for a storage for chairs and other elements of equipment.

At the entrance to the shelter there are massive, metal door and stairs.
