Description
Coal mine located in Szombierki, Bytom was built in 1870 and consists of:
– two shafts (called Krystyna and Ewa),
– electric winders,
– winding towers,
– tracks,
– service (utility) spaces.
Desolated building is surrounded by the fence. Outside the premises there is an open green area with the sandy terrain sectioned off.
In 2004 winding tower of the Krystyna shaft was entered in the Register of Historic Monuments.
