Biblical Garden was made in 2012 between the Saint Hedwig Church in Chorzów and the adherent presbytery. The construction works have been conducted for 9 months. The complex has been fenced and at the entrance, behind a gate there is a board with an inscription “In the beginning there was the Garden”.

 

On the premises of the garden there are: stream and various species of flora mentioned in the Bible. They are among others:

– yucca,

– banana tree,

– arabica coffee,

– vanilla,

– pepper,

– tea flower,

– orange tree,

– and jacaranda.

 

The whole place full of plants has been equipped with alleys and benches. In front of the garden there is a spacious square, which serves as a car park.
