Information Clause
In accordance with Article 13, point 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), please be informed that:
  1. The Controller of your personal data is Instytucja Filmowa „Silesia Film” with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Górnicza 5, tel.: +48 32 206 88 61, e-mail: info@silesiafilm.com.
  2. A Data Protection Contact Person has been appointed. Contact: daneosobowe@silesiafilm.com.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
    • obtaining additional information about the submitted film locations or the film activities of the submitted entity,
    • facilitating access to film locations and services, and providing contact details to third parties associated with film production.
  4. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to processing, request the cessation of processing, data portability, object to processing carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
  5. Providing data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to include your submission in the location database or contact directory.
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
  7. Your personal data will be stored until the submission is removed from the database following an electronic request sent to: sfc@silesiafilm.com.
  8. The data provided by you will not be subject to profiling and will not be used for automated decision-making.
